Age Limit-: Minimum 18 years & maximum 37 years, Relaxation in age as per Govt. rules.
Pay Scale-: (9300-34800+5400) Total emoluments per month (TE) = Rs 8000 + Allowances as admissible under rules.
Qualification-: Possession of recognized medical qualifications included in the first or second schedule, or part II of the Third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Selection Procedure-: A Screening Test for short listing of candidates shall tentatively be held on 29.05.2011 subject to availability of logistics. The interviews will be conducted from 1st July, 2011 onwards tentatively.
Fees-: Bank draft or bank against cash payment of an amount of Rs 400/- in general candidates and Rs 200/- in reserved candidates through the counter of Jammu & Kashmir Bank opened in PSC Offices at Jammu/Srinagar.
How to Apply-: The interested candidate’s purchased OMR application form can be obtained from the office of Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission on cash payment of Rs 50/- of Rs 10/- from the counter opened by the respective of Jammu & Kashmir Bank in Jammu & Srinagar Offices of the Commission. The OMR application form should correctly filled and a recent passport size photograph should be pasted in the application form and duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and send it along with photo copies of all necessary certificates to the following address, Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu/Polo Ground, Srinagar, on or before, 25-04-2011.
Dates-: Last date for receipt of Application Forms by hand or by post is 25.04.2011 which shall be the date for determining the eligibility. In case the last date is declared a public holiday, then the last date for receipt of application shall be the next working day.
