The Regional Centre of Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development (RCIBSD) is established under the aegis of Department of Biotechnology, Government of India in order to utilize the rich bioresources including plants, animals and microbial resources of the Sikkim Himalayas through scientific interventions for economic benefit of the region. The following technical positions are available under the research program of RCIBSD, Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India.Total Posts-: 02 vacancies
A. Senior Technical Assistant – Microbial Resources-: 01 posts
B. Senior Technical Assistant – Plant Resources-: 01 posts
Age limit-: (Relaxation as per govt. rules)-: Not exceeding 30 years.
Qualification-:
A. Senior Technical Assistant – Microbial Resources-: B.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology or Agriculture with specialization in Microbiology or plant pathology.
B. Senior Technical Assistant – Plant Resources-: B.Sc. Botany / Biotechnology or B. Sc Agriculture with specialization in Plant Biotechnology.
