Job Vacancies For IT Specialist Officer In Canara Bank

Canara Bank Applications are invited from Indian citizens for the posts of specialist officer-:

A.    Network Administrator JMGS-I
B.     Data Base Administrator MMGS-II
C.    System Administrator MMGS-II

Total Posts-: 150 vacancies
D.    Network Administrator JMGS-I -: 110 vacancies
E.     Data Base Administrator MMGS-II -: 20 vacancies
F.     System Administrator MMGS-II -: 20 vacancies

Age limit-: (Relaxation as per govt. rules)-:
A.    Network Administrator JMGS-I -: Min. 21 years, Max. 30 years
B.     Data Base Administrator MMGS-II -: Min. 21 years, Max. 32 years
C.    System Administrator MMGS-II -: Min. 21 years, Max. 32 years

Qualification-:  
A.    Network Administrator JMGS-I-: First class or equivalent grade in BE / B.Tech. (Telecommunications / Electronics) or equivalent with CCNA Certification.
A.    Data Base Administrator MMGS-II-: First class / equivalent grade in BE / B.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics) or MCA or equivalent with RDBMS certification.
B.     System Administrator MMGS-II-: First class / equivalent grade in BE / B.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics) or MCA or equivalent.

Selection Procedure-: Through short listing & performance in Personal Interview.
Fees-: For SC/ST/PWD fees is Rs.50/- , All others Rs.300/-.

How to Apply-: Candidates are required to apply ON LINE through Bank’s website. Before applying read instructions below For apply click the link given at the end of the post.
Instruction-:
·         The application fee / postal charges can be paid by Directly crediting the amount in any of the Canara Bank Branch only.
·         Take print-out of the Payment Challan from website [Click here to download Payment Challan]
·         Fill the particulars viz, Name, Date of Birth, Contact Phone No., Category, Post Applied for, Post Code, Amount deposited, Depositing Branch Name & City.
·         Submit the Fee Payment Challan & amount in any Canara Bank Branch.
·         Collect the candidate's copy of Fee Payment Challan from the Branch. Please check that challan is properly signed & the details of Transaction Sequence No., Branch Name & DP Code Number, Deposit Date are noted in the challan by the Branch Authorities.
·         Log on to bank website for applying on-line.
·         After on-line registration, candidates are requested to write their Registration Number on the back of the Payment Challan.

The last date of on-line registration Date-: 13.05.2011
Last date for receipt of system generated print-out of registered application along with Payment Challan & other documents-: 20.05.2011
Last date for receipt of system generated print-out of registered application along with Payment Challan & other documents from far-flung areas-: 27.05.2011
