Junior Engineer Jobs in Directorate General Border Security Force At New Delhi

Directorate General Border Security Force, BSF, Applications are invited from male Indian citizens for appointment to Group ‘B’ post of Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Civil and Electrical) in the Border Security Force, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India-:

Post-:
A.    Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Civil)
B.     Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Electrical)

No. of post-: 
A.    Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Civil)-: 18 posts (UR-5, OBC-7, SC-3, ST-3)
B.     Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Electrical)-: 13 posts (UR-2, OBC-6, SC-3, ST-2)

Pay Scale-:
A.    Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Civil)-: PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Grade pay Rs. 4200/- per month
B.     Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Electrical)-: PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Grade pay Rs. 4200/- per month

Age Limit-:
A.    Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Civil)-: Between 18 to 25 years (relaxable by 5 years for Government Servants / Schedule Caste / Schedule Tribe and by three years for other backward classes in accordance with instructions or orders issued by the Central Government from time to time.)
B.     Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Electrical)-: Between 18 to 25 years (relaxable by 5 years for Government Servants / Schedule Caste / Schedule Tribe and by three years for other backward classes in accordance with instructions or orders issued by the Central Government from time to time.)

Qualification-:
A.    Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Civil)-: Minimum three years Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by Central / State Government.
B.     Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Electrical)-: Minimum three years Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by Central / State Government.

How to Apply-:
Applications duly filled up on the prescribed format be sent to The Commandant (Recruitment), HQ DG BSF, Block No. 10 CGO Complex, Lodhi road, New Delhi -110003, within 30 days i.e. up to 12.04.2011. (15 days more for the candidates from far-flung areas)

Fees-: Application should be accompanied by a Crossed Bank Draft / Indian Postal Order for Rs. 50/- only for Gen/OBC candidates as the examination fee in favors of The Inspector General or DIG/Comdt. to whom the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/post office.

Important Dates-: Last Date of Application Submission within 30 days i.e. up to 12.04.2011. (15 days more for the candidates from far-flung areas)
