I. General Manager/ Deputy General Manager : Land Systems, Production, Contracts, Corporate Affairs, Finance Personnel.Essential Qualification & Experience : BE/BTech 1 Class, ME/MBA desirable with min. 15yrs experience in Missiles/Aerospace Engg., General Manager (Finance) CA/ICWA with min. 15yrs post qlfn experience in reputed national/international companies at senior levels with proven track record in finance, foreign exchange management, computer account ing, budgeting, taxation, MIS, costing and internal audit etc.,
Age Limit : Not exceeding 50 years.
II. Deputy General Manager : Land Systems, Production, Contracts, Corporate Affairs, Finance Personnel.
Essential Qualification & Experience : General Manager (Land Systems) BE/BTech 1 Class, ME/MBA (TQM/Marketing) desirable with min 10 yrs experience in specialized vehicles and vehicle mounted
mechanical/hydraulic, electronic& weapon systems.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years.
III. System Manager : Production, Chemical
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) BE/BTech 1 Class, with min 5 yrs experience in Missiles / Aerospace Engg. ii. System Manager (Chemical)- (ii) st BE/BTech(Chemical) 1 Class, with min 5 yrs experience in Solid Propellant Production.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
III. senior System Engineer : Simulation, GIS Application, Production, ERP/ NetWork Admin
Essential Qualification & Experience : BE/BTech(Electronics/Comp. Sc) 1 Class with min 3 yrs experience in Application development in flight simulation and 3D visualization using VC++. Experience on Presagis tools like Creator, Vega Prime, Terra Vista, STAGE etc is essential. Should have good knowledge and exposure on C++, API and Socket Programming.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years.
Iv. senior System Engineer : QA/ QC
Essential Qualification & Experience : BE/BTech 1st Class, minimum 03 yrs working experience in QA/AC Inspection in a high precision mfg industry.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years.
V. senior Executive : Contracts, Legal, Finance, Personnel
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) st BE/BTech 1 Class, MBA desirable with min 5 yrs experience in the areas of contract management and commercial activities.

st ii. Sr. Executive (Legal)- 1 class Law Graduate with 5 yrs experience as Law Officer in legal department of a manufacturing company. Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights/Master of Business Law (M.B.L), strong written and oral communication, active Bar experience preferred..
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years.
VI. senior Assistant : Design, Contracts, Network Admn., Finance
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Diploma st in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mech 1 Class with 3 yrs experience in production of drawings, knowledge of structure, ship building practices with knowledge of CAD/CAM, 3D modeling and animation software. (ii) st BE/BTech 1 Class, with min 3 yrs experience in the areas of contract management and commercial activities. (iii) Diploma in Computer Application / IT with 3 yrs handson experience, working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols and standards, hands-on network hardware troubleshooting experience. (iv) CA/ICWA inter with min 3 yrs post qlfn experience in Finance, Computer Accounting, Budgetting, Taxation, MIS. Foreign exchange mgmt, audit costing etc in reputed national / international companies.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years.
VII. Executive : Secretary / Personal Assistant
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Science Graduate (min. 2nd Class), MBA desirable, Secretarial Practice certification, Excellent Stenographic skills (80 w.p.m.) Proficiency in the usage of Computer/MS Office, internet, written/spoken English. Min 10yrs experience preferably in a Govt./Large Corporate set up.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years.
(ii) Graduate (min 2nd Class) with Secretarial Practice certification, Excellent Stenographic skills (80 w.p.m.) Proficiency in the usage of Computer/MS Office, internet, written/spoken English. Min 3yrs experience preferably in a Govt./Large Corporate set up.
