Forest Service Officer jobs in Union Public Service Commission at New Delhi

The Union Public Service Commission, UPSC, will hold the Indian Forest Service Examination 2011 for recruitment to the Indian Forest Service Officers commencing from 9th July 2011.
Designation-: Forest Service Officer
No. of Post-: As per Government Required
Qualification-:
Bachelor’s degree of any recognized university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering or equivalent.
Age Limit-: Not less than 21 years and not more than 30 years as on 1st July, 2011.
Physical Fitness-: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.
Number of Attempts-: The maximum number of attempts permissible to different categories of aspirants, who are otherwise eligible, will be as :-
(i) General Category – 4 attempts,
(ii) OBC – 7 attempts
(iii) SC/ST – No limit

All Candidates send their applications Online up to 18.03.2011 up to 11.59 PM. In The Union Public Service Commission website: http://www.upsconline.nic.in/
Fees-: Rs. 100/- through Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only. SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from payment (OBC candidates required to pay full fee). New Common Application Form offline also, which can be purchased from designated Head Post Offices/ Post Office by cash payment of Rs. 30/- (Rs. Thirty only).
